Our Firm has been practicing in the area of Family Law for over eleven years. Our clients' issues range from Divorce, Custody, Support, Visitation, Residence Restrictions, Child Support, Termination, Adoption, Interstate Jurisdiction, Property Division, modification of prior orders, and other Family Law issues. We also work with our clients on their Marital Agreements, both before marriage and after marriage. Additionally, we have a complete business practice, including formations, buy/sell agreements and contracts. As part of our service to our clients, we offer litigation services when called for. We also deal with matters in the areas of landlord/tenant law, consumer litigation, and simple wills and trusts.
