Dear member,
Fathers for Equal Rights has become the largest and busiest non profit membership organization providing assistance with family law issues, and we need increased funding to provide continued growth and services to you and others. The Fund Raising Committee for Fathers for Equal Rights has come up with five ways for you to help us financially, without having to dip into your own pockets. Hard to believe you can help change the world without costing anything! As my daughter would say, "Way cool Dad!" Here is how you can help...
1) Shop at Kroger. That's right, Kroger grocery stores has provided us with 500 Kroger Shared Cards that you hand to the cashier before he/she scans your groceries. Kroger will then give a donation based on your purchase. Call us, we will send you a card in the mail and PLEASE shop at Kroger!
2) Shop at Tom Thumb. That's right, Tom Thumb offers a donation to Fathers for Equal Rights every time you use your Reward Card. If you don't have a Reward Card, simply stop at the customer service desk at Tom Thumb and they will issue one on the spot. Then, on your next visit, tell the cashier before he/she scans your card, you want the card linked to organization number 8328. That's it, a one time process. You should see a message on your receipt that your reward card is now linked to our organization. PLEASE shop at Tom Thumb!
3) Buy something for yourself. Better yet, buy a lot of something's for yourself! But first join www.iGive.com/FER . Support Fathers For Equal Rights & Grow Your Business Too
Fathers for Equal Rights, Inc. is offering Bottom Banner and Vertical Side Banner ads on our web-site for all of our Volunteer Attorneys. The website address is fathers4kids.com or fathers4kids.org. The ads are designed to rotate each time a page is opened. The FER web site has had over 19,000 pageviews per month, from over 9,000 visitors per month so far this year, and we are updating our social media presence to direct more visitors to our site.
The cost for purchasing ads is only $500.00 per year for a Banner Ad, and only $1,200.00 per year for a Vertical Side Banner Ad. A Complete Package of both Bottom and Vertical ads is only $1,600.00 per year. Open enrollment to purchase ads will begin on October 16, 2017 in order to upload all ads in November 2017. If you do not have the graphics for an ad., we can create the ad for additional $150.00.
The banner size specs are as follows:
- Vertical Side Banner Ad - 125x300 pixels - max. file size 100kb.
- Bottom Banner Ad - 728x90 pixels - max. file size 200kb.
- All banner images should be either JPEG (.jpg) or GIF (.gif) files.
- GIF files may be animated, so long as they do not exceed the file size maximums.
- All files should have a resolution of 72dpi and be rendered in RGB color space.

FER Walk-In Office Memberships
Not everyone's legal needs are the same, so FER offers several different levels of Membership. The services and privileges of all walk-In office levels are the same: what varies is the length and access to them. (If you need additional time with FER, Basic and Family Memberships can be renewed at a discount.)
- Web Membership: Grants FER Online Website privileges only to one individual for one year.
- Basic Membership: Grants ALL FER Member privileges to one individual for one year.
- Family Membership: Grants ALL FER Member's spouses privileges for one year. (Both should register at the same time. Be prepared to provide contact information and passwords for both family members.)
All FER Walk-In Office Memberships come with the following privileges which are generally provided through our office locations:

- Free, unlimited access to licensed Family Law attorneys for consultation during scheduled times.

To join Fathers For Equal Rights, follow these simple steps:

- Provide the information necessary to create your account (which includes contact information and a password you provide).

Fathers For Equal Rights, Inc. (FER), one of the largest and most active fathers' rights organizations in the U.S., is a not-for-profit education and civil rights organization, recognized as a 501 (c) (3) organization by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service. If you wish to make a charitable contribution, it may qualify for a tax deduction! We receive no government grants of any kind, so we depend primarily upon walk-in and online members for our revenue.
